About the Owner
Born and raised in Reserve, Louisiana,
Lenord A. Fobb, Jr. always grew up with the vision to start his own
business. Lenord has striven to be the best he could be all of
his life and because of his striving he succeeded.
In 1997, Lenord Fobb was recruited into
North Texas Job Corps in McKinney, Texas. He took up a trade in
plumbing instructed by Rick Oberlin and later graduated with a
certificate of apprenticeship. After completing at NTJC, the
school placed him at a construction company in Dallas, Texas.
Two years later he went on to achieve his
journeyman license. After receiving his journeyman, he
searched for a plumbing company that would teach him to be more
independent and he found a service company. That service
company allowed Lenord to be more independent as if he was running
his own business.
September 9, 2002, Lenord accomplished his
vision. He did what he had desired to do all of his life.
He started his own plumbing company. Now, after six years of
coming to Texas and completing at NTJC, he's his own boss at the age
of 24. Closing the 2002-taxyear, IRS states that he already made his
first profit the first year of starting his business.
Lenord has six years of experience in
construction and service plumbing. He's been granted the
opportunity to speak as a keynote speaker at North Texas Job Corps
and has been interviewed and placed in Dallas Morning News. If
you ask him he'll tell you, "It was nothing but the grace of
God." His favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13, "I
can do all things through Christ which strengthens me."

to meet its vision as the #1 plumbing company in the state of Texas.
